Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GIKERO handles information when you visit our website, apply for beta access, or use our construction estimating and CRM Service.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, company name, account details, beta application, and the client, property, estimate, and project information you choose to enter. We also process technical information needed to authenticate users, secure the Service, diagnose errors, and operate the website.

2. How we use information

We use information to review beta applications, send invitations and service communications, create and maintain workspaces, store and display your business records, provide support, protect accounts, and improve reliability. We do not sell your client lists or estimates.

3. Workspace data

Business users control the information they enter about their customers. They are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices and obtaining any legally required permissions. GIKERO processes that information to provide the requested Service and protect its integrity.

4. Service providers

We use third-party service providers for infrastructure and functionality, including hosting, database storage, authentication, and transactional email. These providers may process information necessary to deliver their services. Some features may use mapping or address services when requested.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Our website and CRM may use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, security, preferences, and temporary drafts. We do not currently use advertising cookies on the marketing website. See our Cookie Policy.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use access controls and other reasonable measures, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Beta users should maintain their own copies of critical business records.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply, including California privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

8. Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children.

9. International processing

Our providers may process information in locations outside your state or country, subject to applicable protections and legal requirements.

10. Policy updates

We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The date above indicates the latest revision.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, reach out through the GIKERO website. We will publish a dedicated privacy contact channel when available.
