Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GIKERO, including our website, beta program, and construction estimating and customer relationship management software (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use GIKERO on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to agree on its behalf.
1. Service and beta availability
GIKERO provides tools for managing customer information and preparing construction estimates. The Service is currently offered as an early beta. Features may be incomplete, changed, interrupted, or removed, and data formats may evolve. We may limit beta access or discontinue beta features with reasonable notice when practicable.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your account, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Access is intended for adults authorized to act for their business. We may suspend access to address security risks, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
3. Your data and content
You retain ownership of client records, estimates, project information, and other content you enter into GIKERO (“Customer Content”). You grant us the limited right to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content as needed to operate and secure the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to upload personal information and business materials.
4. Estimates and professional responsibility
GIKERO is a workflow and drafting tool, not a licensed contractor, engineer, architect, attorney, accountant, or code official. Calculations, quantities, prices, templates, descriptions, and any future AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must independently verify all estimates, measurements, material quantities, labor costs, taxes, permits, contract terms, and applicable laws before sending them to clients or relying on them. GIKERO does not guarantee project profitability, code compliance, or acceptance of an estimate.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to another user's workspace, distribute malicious code, scrape or overload the platform, or upload content that infringes others' rights. You must comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection, construction, and marketing laws.
6. Beta pricing and future subscriptions
Approved beta access may be provided without charge. Any future paid plans, pricing, billing periods, or limits will be disclosed before you are charged. We will not begin charging you solely because you participated in the beta.
7. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, maps, email, and hosting providers. Their availability and terms may affect certain features. Links to third-party sites do not constitute an endorsement.
8. Availability, backups, and changes
We work to maintain a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every error will be corrected. Especially during beta, you should keep independent copies of important estimates, contracts, and business records. We may update the Service to improve security, performance, and functionality.
9. Intellectual property
GIKERO and its software, branding, designs, and other platform materials belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GIKERO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business opportunities, or data arising from use of the Service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security reasons, or discontinuation of the Service. Requests relating to account data can be submitted through the contact channel below, subject to applicable retention and legal obligations.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. We will post the updated version and its effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
14. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact us through the GIKERO website. A dedicated legal contact address will be published when available.
